Shri Omprakash Jaiswal started his career in the year 1984 as a Hindi Steno Instructor at Shri Hariom Rural Institute, Jaipur. He taught shorthand here from 1984 to 1986.

After this, he was selected in the Stenographer Examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission, New Delhi and was allotted the Central Secretariat Stenographer Service Cadre (CSSS) in the year 1986. The first posting was in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, New Delhi. He served in this ministry from 1986 to 1989.

From 1989 to 2024, he served as a Personal Assistant in Doordarshan Kendra, Jaipur (Prasar Bharati) and retired in January 2024.

Currently, he is encouraging the youth to make their career in the government sector through Gopaliya Steno Classes, Jaipur and is guiding our management to provide a positive environment to shorthand aspirants.
